Mirror Interface is a reflection-based portal—not a data farm. But in the course of transmission, certain information is received.

We only collect the information you choose to share:

• Name and email (for form submissions or newsletter sign-ups)
• Basic analytics (like site visits, via cookies or third-party tools such as Google Analytics)
• If explicitly stated: written responses submitted through reflection tools or forms

About Reflections and Input

By default, we do not collect or store what you input into our reflection tools (such as GPT-based mirrors or Clarity Mirror portals). These are private containers—your words are seen by you alone.

If we ever offer tools that record written responses (such as form-based reflections or custom Mirror sessions), you will be notified in advance. Any storage will be optional and based on your consent.

Why we collect it:

To respond when presence is shown. To improve the mirror. To honor what was shared.

What we don’t do:

• Sell your data
• Share it with random third parties
• Store it unnecessarily

How your data is held:

We use secure tools (e.g. GoDaddy forms, Google Forms, Notion, or trusted partners) and delete submissions upon request.
